05h15am – we meet at Checkers at Virginia Circle, this is a set hill route through the Virginia Bush, it is a challenging run, the route is the same every Thursday – about 7.5kms. The group splits up into a few groups. There is also a dedicated bunch of walkers on a Thursday.
